Most amazing display of musical ability I've ever seen. The man has dedicated so much time to his craft and it shows. It blew me away.

This was my third time seeing Joe, and I dont even think he has the ability to dissapoint! He is nothing short of amazing every time, and you get the feeling that he plays each show as if its his last. Jeff Campitelli sounded great, (as usual) and props go out to Matt Bissonette, its not easy filling in for a guy like Stu Hamm. I remember the last time Satch played the commodore in 2002 on his "strange beautiful" tour, there were a couple classless morons in the crowd that were heckling him and chanting Stu's name for most of the show. If these people would just shut-up and listen to what the guy is playing, then they would realise that Joe selected him for a good reason. All and All, Three Thumbs Way Up! The "Meet & Greet" afterwords was great too. I asked Joe when he would be comming back with G3, and he told me it probably woulnt be for at least a year and a half to two years. I Then asked him who he would be playing with (other than Vai of course) I threw out the names of Malmsteen, Johnson, Fripp etc... and He told me that it wouldnt be any of them, because he wants to bring somebody "New" to G3 next time around. I cant wait to see who he picks. Great Show Joe, All the best to 'ya!

This was my second time seeing Joe, first time was with G3 with Vai, and Malmsteen. I was thrilled to see him the first time and I was Blown Away this time. I was in the second row for the first set and the first row for the second set, both sets were absolutely AMAZING, as was my whole experience meeting satch after the show. The aftershow pass giveaway is the most awsome idea. The show was loud but not overbearing and the people I met were really nice. This show was definitly the best I have ever seen, I look forward to many more Joe shows. Thanks for the picture together and signing my Surfing With The Alien T-shirt. It was an honor to meet you Joe. I look forward to hearing new satch tunes in the near future. THANKS JOE

I've been to a few concerts at the commodore before, and this was by far the best. The sound was very clear compared to what I'm used to at the Commodore. Anyways, Searching, Psycho Monkey and Cool#9 were AMAZING! His seven string Ibanez was FAT! (Sorry, thats the only word I can think of). The tone was awesome, so deep and heavy. When he plays the low B chord it sent shivers down my spine!

Red hot and White hot......these words came to mind when i watched Joe Satriani play his beautiful Ibanez guitars.I was standing center stage about 4 rows back experiencing a concert i wont soon forget. Its hard to put into words the joy and excitement you feel when you see someone play guitar like this for the very first time.I m 53 so i had to go seat down and have a beverage after the first set.I would just like to wish Joe the best and encourage others to go see him.

Excellent show, the sound was great, and the setlist was probably the best ever. I'd have loved to hear the Extremist though. Thanks Joe!
