All I can say about this show is ... un-freekin'-real! Just getting to see Joe play live was already the highlight of my concert going life. I have been to many many concerts of all types. This is the best show I've ever attended. Joe and the band played a very generous 25-30 songs set. It was three hours of paint-peeling bliss that bent my brain as if it had a whammy-bar. The set list was built mostly of songs that they either have not played in a while or songs they have never performed. They threw in some of the songs we all wanted to hear like 'Always' and 'Summer Song'. Because of the songlist it was like seeing all new material performed all night. It was hot-out-of-the-oven fresh. After a few warm-up tunes Joe kicks in with more energy, technical prowess and intimacy than i have ever seen in any concert ever ... period. It was as if Joe had invited thousands of his closest friends to his livingroom for an all night shredfest. The band and Joe played every song with that 'this is our last song of the night' energy. Just when I thought the performance couldn't get any better Joe seemed to whip out some hot-sauce and yell "BAM" as he took it up another notch. With every new song, came a new way of outdoing himself. It would not have surprised me if Joe had floated off the ground and flown around the performance hall. Thanks Joe and band for the excellent show. Thanks for the autographs. Thanks for inspiring me to play guitar 16 years ago and thanks for the guitar-revival meeting. I have that same feeling again. It's the feeling of when I first heard "Surfing With the Alien".

Joe was absolutely amazing once again!!! His ability is far beyond any other guitar player...ever. Period. I just hope the mothership doesn't come down and take him back anytime soon.
Thanks Joe for coming to Ft. Myers!!!
I ordered my tix through the website and got some fantastical seating!!!
Row six, dead center under the center channel speakers. The music was right in the center of my head and it was truly an electrifying, harmonic, sonic and spiritual experience!
I'll be baaack.

I was three rows from the stage and Joe was awesome. He played alot of rare stuff such as Moroccan Sunset and War. I wish he would put out another live cd with these songs and other rare material he played.
