I have waited 13 years to see Joe since the first time I heard him. It was everything I that I dreamed of and a hell of alot more. The sound, the stage presence, and the playlist was awesome. I had the best time of my life. I am definitly not waiting another 13 years. My fiance' is now a diehard fan and never misses a chance to tell everyone about Joe. Thanks.

I went with cirimenex and mojoboy2k, all i have to say is damn. It was fun and all, but it made me want to quit playing and break my fingers while i am ahead, it was just that good. The light bouncing off of everyone's guitars made kind of a mini light show, that was cool. It was like watching a full orchestra with all of the aural elaboration. The guy who opened up for him was cool too, i would liek to know where i can get some stuff of his. All in all a SWEEEEEET show, and i am definitely going to see him again the next chance i get!!!!!!!!!! - Luke

Satriani is definately the man. This was my second time seeing Joe and he does not disappoint. I loved how he broke out all the new stuff while bringing back all the old songs that rock even though every Satriani song kicks a**. I definately liked Joe bringing out the new kid with the glass guitar neck. Right on. The only complaint is the guys on the sound board had to tweek the sound for awhile to hit it right on. Then the sound just broke loose. But cant complain at all about Joe's playing...masterful! Thats all I can say about THE MAN!

The Show was great! ... for the Moore. You have to take it with a grain of salt. It's a lousy venue, but you're with JOE. Its kind of like sex- it's never BAD, just different degrees of GOOD. The Crushing Day was absolutely AWESOME. My jaw literally dropped in aawww. I too missed hearing Rubina at the end.
Last year I got married and we played some songs at the reception. One of them being Rubina, my favorite song, and Big Bad Moon. Since that night I didnt touch my guitar (marriage, go figure). When I got home from the concert that night, I opened up my case, blew off the cobb webs and started playing all my favorite Joe songs again. Thanks Joe for inspiring me again.

This was the first Joe concert I have ever been to and it was awesome. The whole band was amazing as well as joe. I brought my girlfriend and she also enjoyed the show. while I read that a lot of people had gripes about the sound, I'm also in a band and sometimes things just don't quite come together, and the sound is not what you would expect, I think it had a lot to do with the venue, anyway Joe, awesome show, I've been wanting to see you perform live since I was 16 (i'm 23 now) it was worth the wait. I agree satch rules

This show was just a small notch below the EOC tour show, maybe it was just not
use to no Stu, But Matt did a great job, He sounded good, Jeff,
was awsome as always, The sound mix was ok, I had problems hearing Joe
sometimes but that could have been my ears?..most of the time the mix was perfect, Joe brought out a bunch of his guitars (with was cool) Joe Played
fantastic (as always) he was really into it....all in all, it was a great show
..I had an aftershow pass, and actually standing in front of Joe, Talking to
him, was the coolest thing that has ever happened to me....Joe, Jeff and
the whole band, first class people and musicans..............a killer night altoghter..

Overall a very good concert. Only possible problems with it were the sound was ocassionally fuzzy but only noticeable when Joe was playing by himself (though I think it was mostly when he played the Chromeboy) and his guitar was ocassionally to low in the mix. And to the guy who reccommended that they sell earplugs and not just t-shirts; maybe you should've bought the earplugs that they HAD ON SALE AT THE CONCERT. In plain sight, right next to the t-shirts, they had ear plugs for $1. Oh wait, there was one other thing I was pretty pissed about. While Joe was playing "Midnight" I was annoyed with how people kept talking and screaming throughout; especially near the end of the song (and any fan of him knows how it ends) this guy somewhere behind me just screams "yeah!!!!!!" really loudly. I wanted to deck him. Even the 2 guys who were drunk of their ass near me weren't rude like that.

Great show as always! There were some minor electrical problems that created some nasty smelling smoke but no fire. I am always disapointed by the audience at Satriani concerts. Is it just Seattle or do most Satriani fans just sit on their butts? I saw Joe at the Moore 2 years ago and I was the ONLY person in the theatre who got up and danced. I do not understand how anybody can sit still in the presence of so much passion and energy!

A superb show, once again, of Joe's awesome talent. It was a little odd not to have Stu on bass, but Matt made a very valiant effort. Not as seamless as it probably should have been, but I think that a lot of that had to do with the sound guys. It seemed that they didn't get the levels quite right until about halfway through the show. Matt did add his own little flavor to some of the songs, which was an odd taste at first, but his talent really added a bit of spice to Joe's songs. His bass solo was quite a treat to hear along with Jeff's drum solo. They play off of each other very well. Galen's sound was very quiet and he was almost invisible until he "needed" to be seen. I don't know if that was intentional, but I think he should have had a little more stage presence. Joe, of course, was totally stupendous. He was all over the stage and put on quite the show. By the way Joe, Nice Pants. I love optical illusions!! Our biggest gripe about the whole show was the ticket scalpers. We got our tickets the day they went on sale. There were probably a dozen people out front trying to get tickets just before the show. At least four of them got better seats than we did. There was one couple in seats AA3 and AA4 that got their tickets from the first scalper to show up. We were really disappointed to see this happen since we bought our tickets within 20 minutes of the sale time. We tried to get them online through Ticket Master at 12:01 and they tried to put us all the way in the back in YY row (left). We eventually gave up on the online thing and ran down to our local Ticket Master outlet and ended up with N row (left), which is just under the balcony. Still decent seats, but I'm just frustrated that the scalpers robbed so many TRUE Satriani fans of the better seats.
The highlight of the evening for us was that we managed to catch Joe just before he left. After standing around out in the cold for nearly an hour, trying to figure out which door Joe would come out, someone said that he was down in the back alley. We ran from the front corner of the theatre down to the alley. Joe, Matt and Jeff were squished into the back of a car signing autographs out of the windows. My husband brought his JS1000, in hopes of getting Joe to sign it. Finally success was OURS! Don (aka Climber) wishes to thank Joe for his kindness for the autograph, and to thank Joe's driver for not running our toes over as they left.
Once again it was a terrific show, just too short for having to wait for two and half years. JOE, please come back more often!!

Joe, fire your sound reinforcement people! I couldn't hear anything you've played. Neither could anybody who came to this show without ear plugs. There was WAY too much bass and drums, and everything was WAY too loud. In fact it was so loud, I couldn't hear any guitar at all due to ringing in my ears. Good recomendation to anybody who's going to JS shows anytime soon - HAVE EAR PLUGS ready. A friend of mine who attended the show in Berlin, Germany, says that he couldn't hear Joe either, again, due to sound reinforcement screw-up. I've gone to the show with my wife, so this JS show costed me $100 and one day of hearing recovery. I was EXTREMELY pissed off. Don't get me wrong, I'm a HUGE fan of Joe, in fact he was one of the reasons why I immigrated to the US, but after this kind of screw up I won't come to his shows anytime soon. Good recomendation to JS touring team: you should sell ear plugs in the lobby, too. Not only t-shirts. :-)

Another mind bending performance from the master! I brought my wife and 11 year old son, with tickets in the center of the 2nd row "pit", almost like being onstage. We are all huge fans of JS, this was my 6th or 7th time seeing Joe live, and my son's third. What a killer opener in "Flying in a Blue Dream", followed by more intense high energy instrumentals. It amazes me to watch the man play those licks so flawlessly. I was initially disappointed to find out that Stu Hamm would not be with the band, but Matt Bissonette's years of playing with Joe were evident in his top notch musicianship. Jeff Campitelli was powerful and precise as usual, shaking the floor of the Moore. I caught one of his drumsticks, and immediately presented it to my son, who has his first drum kit set up in our jam room. What a thrill it was for him and all of us. I will never miss a JS concert. This is as good as it gets!

What can I say...? Crushing Day was the coolest song I have ever seen live...I loved that improvised ending to Crush of Love...left me speechless. I have seen Joe before but there was something special tonight. Definitely my favorite musical experience ever.

incredible show (but note to future show goers...this is not an "evening with" performance, there's a short opening act, joe goes on at 8:30 and plays for two hours. the setlist posted is correct except "satch boogie" was played instead of "the extremist". (yes, an early appearance in the set for Boogie.) only complaint: no Belly Dancer, the best tune on the new cd!

Great show last night. The guys were in pretty rare form. Tight as ever, which impresses me more as it seemed that things kept catching fire on the stage during the show. No, things were really catching on fire. Joe pulled out some guitars I'd never seen before, primarily his new 7-string prototype, and a doubleneck that took my breath away even before he started playing it. My only complaint was that they seemed to avoid the ballads, skipping songs like "Love Thing" and "Until We Say Goodbye". And for the first time in the 12 years I've been going to Joe shows, he didn't close out the show with "Rubina". But that's strictly a personal gripe. Otherwise, I'm still buzzing from the amazing show of musicianship and prestige that always comes with a visit from Satch. Thanks for coming to Seattle again, Joe, and I can't wait 'til next time!

My only disapointment was that i wasnt in pick thowing range. Joe gotta work the bass players side more or workout so u cna fling them better LOL. We did load up on T shirts, I had my kids and a friend of mine from NY city they too had a blast. What can I say he is joe satriani!
