great show, good to see a band like that in a club because the sound is generally punchier in such a tight space!

I had a dream, a dream where mexican people and guitar heroes are the same, where the energy of music is all over Mexico, where the G3 tour is the main event of the night.

PLEASE COME TO MEXICO!!! PLEASE COME TO MEXICO!!! PLEASE COME TO MEXICO!!! PLEASE COME TO MEXICO!!! PLEASE COME TO MEXICO!!!

Beautiful. Great venue, great sound system. Set list was, unfortunately, exactly the same as the shows I saw in Seattle in May. I was hoping to hear "Why" and some tunes off of the self-titled disc in addition to Cool #9. Still, I brought a guy who had never seen him before, and he was blown away.

Joe is and will always stay the greatest guitar virtuoso ever. Though I didnt get to hear all the songs from my favourites like "The Forgotten", I forgot everything after the killing tap sequence from the Mystical Potatohead, GOSH How does he do that ! I MET him after the show as I had won the aftershow passes, real humble and down to earth person to talk to. HIS FINGERS WERE all torn, I bet it must be hurting after all that crazy four hours of playing. Me and my wife told him that he should perform in India. He said its too far and maybe they might next time. :) I asked him to add "The Forgotten" to the setlist. Joe said that they had tried the number before and it was kinda difficult to get the sound and the feel. That was too modest a statement from the GOD, who can play absolutely anything . I think he really loves that silver ibanez, he used the snake and the one with skulls just 2 times, rest of the time was with the silver one. I was hoping to get a peek of the Mohogany wood guitar. I got all the pics I wanted with him. STU was real good on the solo. There was only one thing left for him to do, do the Mystical Potato Head groovy thingy tap on his bass. :) ...he said...forget it ! GREAT SHOW !

Around noon I bumped into Joe at Universal. Talked a bit and took a picture with him. When Joe arrived for soundcheck he autographed that picture!!! By this time Stu had already recognized me to the point of introducing me to his wife and Charlotte (oh, she's so cute). No front row this time, but the show itself was much better. Again took some pictures, finally got a pick and in general enjoyed the whole experience that is a Satch concert. Thanks for all the memories guys.

Thanks for another great show guys! It really looked like you were having fun out there last night. The setlist was fantastic - all the favorites and some rockin' new ones too. Thanks again and we'll see you next time.
