hay i was just lucky to hae joe attened..week long music fest has gotten better and better thru the years started as jazz fest but has opened to all kinds of music ..thanx joe for makin it fully enjoyed your set..I got not 1 but 2 of your pics. u made my colection complete...we go way back from summers on the beach ft laud, fl history now.....

Sorry that I have to give JOE a low rating, but it was not his falut. I would have to blame the lack of preformance time, which was only an 1 hour 30 minutes, and the stage area. He could have deserved a lot better, unlike the other talent that was there. There was NO mandatory Drum solo or Stu Hamm Solo. I was a little dissappointed about that.
Other than that, Joe put on a solid performance starting off with Time an d finsihing the set with Friends. However, there were no songs played from the Joe Satriani album along with Not of this Earth. I would have like him to perform Cool #9 and Memories.
One other thing was that the Palm Beach Post, did NOT write a review on his performance nor mentioned his performance. However they did talk about the other performances that night, in which I will not talk about.

WOW Simply amazing. Sunfest was my first time seeing Mr. Satriani live and I was blown away. Evey note was perfect. As a young guitarist Joe is my hero, what I wanna be. He came out and was on, He held back nothing. Then after the show I was lucky enough to go backstage and meet the man himself. He hung out, talked, and was just a down to earth guy like you and me. If you get the chance do not miss him live and if you get lucky enough to meet him you will not be let down. Thank you Joe for being my insperation.

What a performance! Joe, Stu, Eric, and Jeff sounded fantastic and looked like they were enjoying playing. The band's tight sound blasted me into my seat. I couldn't tell if the brightness was coming from the stagelights or the fretboard which was on fire! Both the EOC music and earlier songs rocked. As a young musician, I was inspired to "attempt" some of Joe's techniques. Thanks guys for a great show and for signing after. I appreciate it from four very talented musicians.

There I was in the midst of a beautiful view a GREAT crowd and the BEST
music that the Sunfest has ever seen!!! Truly one great night!!!

Awesome... simply awesome! I've never seen anyone on stage who looked like they were having as much fun as Joe and company. They simply make sounding great look way too easy! Great show!

Why do I rate this show a ten? Hey, it's Joe! You can always expect a great performance from Joe Satriani. This night was special tho, I was a local winner for aftershow passes. Yes, people really do win those website promotions!! Now, I've got pictures of me playing air guitar next the god of guitar...whoa What's he like? Well, he took the time to come around and talk to everyone who had aftershow passes. No just a "hi, thanks for coming...", but a nice little chat. Pictures, no prob, he smiled thru all my air guitar. This was my first time seeing Joe!! I actually went with my husband(you are his hero!!) I originally went along and was going to leave early to go see Bryan Adams on the other stage. But...I was soooo blown away. I couldn't leave. The show was incredible. You can liten to CD's all you want, but to actually see Joe play live - there are no words!!. Incredible. You have made a new fan for sure!!!
