Haven't been to a Satriani gig that wasn't a 10! He always performs at top notch level, and this show was was no exception. The Elsinore is a great venue, so it made for an awesome performance!!

Joe, Band, and Crew, Best show I have ever seen. It was a non stop hit festival. I'm am so thankful for the experience. I was able to share this with my wife whom I shared "Always with me, Always with you" as our song for almost 30 years and to hug her and hear this song again live with you all was the best night in my life. Hi Joe!! This was such an amazing show! Every song was great. Loved all the new ones as well as all the old favorites. The band had fantastic synergy and chemistry on stage. The energy of Joe Satriani playing live is unreal. So powerful, you really feel like you have been taken surfing with the alien afterwards. The energy doubled and they really got in the flow zone in the second half and was the best performance I have ever seen. Thank you so much Joe, Mike, Marco, and Bryan!! Afterwards we waited near the stage door and watched the crew pack up for awhile. Really cool. Then we had the amazing experience of seeing Joe. He was so kind as to stop on the way to his bus and take a picture with us. Even though it was late, he even let us record him saying"Hi Joe" to my girlfriends younger brother who wasn't there. So amazing. To look eye to eye and have gotten a hug from one of my biggest idols and inspirations was truly beyond words. I am so grateful for this experience. Thank you so much Joe!!

This particular show was extra special because we made it a family thing. My three daughters were raised on Joe's music and they each have their favorites. The band was real tight and having a blast feeding off the crowds energy. The highlight for me was seeing them play If I Could Fly. The guitar jam between Joe and Mike brought us all out of our seats. At that point the band really took off. The first hour + of the show we got a song from just about every cd. Satch Boogie was crazy and intense. All in all Joe's control of the music and its delivery on his part was one if not the best display of his talent and skill. The closing songs were received well by all of us in attendance. Big Bad Moon was treat in itself since we got Joe to sing a song. Surfin never sounded better. I especially liked the diversity of song selection. Maybe 6 or 7 songs sprinkled from the earlier cd's, with alot of the newer songs. The songs from Supernova are incredible to hear and watch live. His mastery of his instrument is best described by seeing him live. Rock On Joe. I've begun making plans to catch you on consecutive shows next tour, just because I can and want to. Always a fan and admirer of your gift. LOVED THE SILVER COAT.
