Bovendien blijven nummers als Always With Me, Always With You van een haast bovenaardse schoonheid.

The Club Joe meet before the gig was absolutely superb ! If you still have the chance to attend one please do ! We had the privelege to see the soundcheck and had a pre-gig of "I just Wanna Rock" :) After that we had a Q&A session with Joe, man what a cool guy ! He is number ONE - respect ! He enjoys his fans and takes his time to answer the questions-no rush. We discussed items like songwriting, guitars , amps set-up' s etc. After that we had a signing session with Joe, I had my lefty Ibanez RG 1570 (with PAF pro and FRED !) signed by Joe, he even added an Alien to it ! Thank you very much for that Joe, this means a lot to me.

About the gig : there is no way I can write a better review then the one Rigeldude wrote here ! It was a great gig and the venue was on fire ! We loved, the band loved it and that is what counts, a brilliant show - the best I ever seen ! Joe - Revelation was SUPERB ! Thanks to You and to the Band, you really ROCK Guys ! (side note : Joe played happy birthday for Mike Manning who was celebrating his birthday on May 28 th - Happy birthday Mike, keep on pampering Joe's Guitars !

What a show! The opener I just wanna rock was copybook stuff,
so congratz Joe and the rest of the team on writing this song!
An amazing jaw dropping opener, straight to the point kind of song.
Then overdriver kicked in, a very nice tune that sounds huge performed live!
Stu was having a blast, motionless on stage, with only Stu's fingers moving...
as if he was in some kind of trance.
What a great player he is!
Time to adjust/alter the volumes.. followed by Satch Boogie..
I realised then I was going to have a overdose of 'Satchafunkilitis' that night!
I like Jazz and so does Joe :) I smiled at my wife and she knew what I meant.
Joe announced the next song 'Ice9' as a song he likes to play.
It's just amazing how the band is performing with this tune, every time I can hear
something new in it, with Ice9 everything is possible I always think.
Diddle-Y-A-Doo-Dat is a funny song, this Satchurator sounds soo nice!
Perfect for this song! Funky and kinda right in the face, in a gentle way
Flying in a blue dream : Synesthesia, does Joe have it?
When we hear the Lydian mode does Joe see the color blue?
Ghosts.... I love this : it's has the feel of 'the return of Crystal Planet'
and on top that, it's live! Joe keep making those kind of songs!
Revelation a sweet fluffy song, the live version is for sure the grown up version
of the studio album. I like the chords
Super Colossal : does it need more and a huger sound?
No worries, Joe was there to rescue us.
One Big Rush : the venue was warm, so we all kinda rushed into this song.
That's its purpose after all :)
For the first time I had the feeling my brain was saying 'stop!' for a minute,
Please let me process all this data. What a great song this is! Too bad it really rushed :)
Musterion is my favourite song on the new album, it reminds me of
the album Time Machine. I'll explain later why...
'Time' for Out Of The Sunrise : I have to admit I completely didn't understand
this song on the album, as it sounded to me if everything was 'locked'
but then the Professor opened the Pandora's Box on stage, and I understand now why
the rythym has to be 'caged' like that
It needs cooking time and then BANG!
Time Machine, Joe is a wizard with modes, he makes it sound timeless,
never ending, infinite, what a great impro on this wonderful track,
I liked Stu's approach as he drove it a little different then on the album,
for a couple of seconds..
Tiny details, but how cool[br[ Cool #9 yes, we all needed our coolness, so I tried to absorb the tune. Nicely played :) Brilliant too!
Andalusia followed by the bass solo : Stuuuuu!!!! Thank you for this!
I was so reliefed I could take a little 'mental' break and try to relax again.
Then Cryin' so slowly get back into the rythym. The MPHGT, flawless :
Joe you make it look so easy :)
My fingers are struggling to get this agreppio right
Always With Me, Always With You... o noes, I was realising the end is near!
Very nice improvs, the band gave everything they got!
Respect!
Surfing With The Alien, a funny dive into Joe's mind, this will never bore me!
For the first time I heard a Wah pedal! Was I dreaming?
The encore : I've never seen a crowd so enthousiastic and crazy,
Crowd Chant could be played four times in a row and the crowd still
wouldn't stop singing haha...
Summer Song, what a great way to have the audience sing the harmonic part!
Lol, that was tough :P and it was a pleasure to help you and let you breath for a while

Thank you for rocking Brussels!
Joe, Jeff, Stu and Galen we belgians love you!
Cheers, Kris aka the old fart, hunted by ghosts, rushed into a Time Machine, saw a funny silver surfer asking me what my purpose was... I was flying in a blue dream :)
