JOE! excellent set man. The wife and I were 6 rows back, in front of the your mic stand. Loved the new stuff, and experiencing "War" for the first time live was totally awsome. This was our 10th time seeing you and we cant wait for "An evening With" tour this fall in Portland.

Lizzy was tight and Purple was very good. Bass player for DP was an awsome musician and showman. Morse is a great player and an excellent musician. His true talent was shown forth with that tribute song to the latest space shuttle disaster. all in all a fantastic evening. Wish joe could have played more, but oh well. Next time.

Not a big fan of Thin LIzzy, but hey they were on stage and I wasn't so I can't dis them any. as soon as the lights went out for Joe, everyone got to their feet and turned up the crowd volume. The new songs from ISTLIS sounded really nice, didn't get I like the rain or If I could fly like I've been begging for weeks, but o well. closed the set with FIABD with a cool intro. Cool #9 always one of my favorite also had a killer intro, then we went right into the groovy beat, Galen you are one cool customer. we're all going crazy with Joe's playing and your just up there playing your rhythm not missing a beat. 6 songs and Joe and the guys were gone that's why the 9 rating. Deep Purple I had never seen before, I was wondering if Ian Gillen was going to hit the high notes on Space Trucking, which he did, they just came with one hit after another. with an encore of "Hush", all in all it was worth the late night. I'm getting a wild hair to go see Joe in CA on new years eve, maybe Vegas not sure yet, either one sounds like fun, an evening with Joe, is always a plus,

All around great show. Thin Lizzy were a blast (eerie how much John Sykes sounds like Phil Lynott sometimes), although the sound was pretty muddy. Joe was fantastic, as usual. Great mix of old and new, and the jam at the end of "Always with me, always with you" was brilliant. Crappy sound for about the first third of the show, then they cleaned it up, for the most part. No sound problems for Deep Purple, who I've never liked, but I have to admit, they put on a good show. Ian Paice is a flat-out great drummer, and you can't deny Steve Morse. We had a great time, despite some sound difficulties. Joe continues to impress, even after 10+ times seeing him live. Always puts a stellar set together, and always plays with a ton of emotion. Hats off to Satch...
