It was in Italy! It was only 30 km. from where I live!! It was great!!! Even if... Four hours of blues, ten minutes of Fripp (ten minutes? ehi, you say ten minutes??), one hour of Steve Vai (Steve, have you ever thought in your life to take some lesson from Joe? I'm joking, of course...) before listening to Joe, made the event a little complicated about me!! Anyway... Thanks a lot for all and forever, Joe!! You MUST return in Italy on tour as soon as possible, Giuseppe!! Ehi!! What about the next Summer Festival in Lucca in July?? It is only 5 km. from where I live!!!

Sonny Landreth + Buddy Guy + G3 + Pistoia Square...pure magic What a show! I really enjoyed Steve Vai' set, how can you play better than that? And I've got the chance to see Billy Sheenan play, oh boy! Steve playing the three necks will stuck forever in my mind. Joe, as well as Steve, seemed to really enjoy the situation, and he played half new tunes half old. When he started to play "Searching" I went nuts and seeing him play the "Flying In A Blue Dream" was enough...I love Joe! P.S. Joe, don't konw what you usually do aftershow, or if you were pissed off or whatever but signing more or less 20 autographs after the show wouldn't take you much time. Even though Steve was late, and he went away with a used Fiat Tipo (it was so funny you should've seen it!) he signed autographs (and shook few hands) to everybody who waited him for almost an hour. Anyway still love ya Joe...see you at the next gig Ciao Joe "Giuseppe" Satriani
