This was an Excellent Concert. This was the first time I saw Joe live. Starting G3 was Robert Fripp. The crowd was very offensive to him, because the type of the music and 'cause he didn't go out of his "prisson". Later (aprox 30 mins) go out Mr. Vai. This was Amazing, incredible, awesome... and many words like this. He starts with the Triple-Neck JEM playing "I Know You're Here". The crowd was very excited. Vai play some of the songs he always play live, inluding two jams from the G3 '03 and a extrange (but the best) version of "For The Love Of God". And then, is when Mr. Joe Satriani (on guitar...!!!!!)was on the stage. He started with a peice of "Is There Love In Space?" with a strange JS 7 String Guitar. He plays more of the songs of the brand new album and a "War" version, which makes me smile for all the night :-). My dudes and me, showed Satch a "SATCH, WE WANT A PICK, PLEASE" placard, but we didn't catch it... (We showed another to Vai, and we get a pick :D) And FInally, was the G3 JAM. This was A MA Z I N G!!! When Robert Fripp starts making a solo, all the crowd (including me) were surprised. He was playing faster than others!! :-0 (lol) The last song was "Rockin' In The Free World". I know the lyrics and I Sang it (well, scream it...). The concert was very nice!!! And finally, I saw Galen Henson, and I talked to him during 5 minutes. He was very kind person, and he wish for me lucky about my guitar career. Thanks Fripp, Thanks Vai, Thanks Satch and Thanks Henson!

The first part with Fripp was super boring. The worse thing was that he seemed to be scared or somthing like that. But he played great with Joe and Steve at the end of the show. Steve and Joe were great. The sound was good, but I recomend everybody to go with ear protection!!! It was so louddd!! I´m from Perú and it was my first time seeing these guitar monsters together. I think it could have been a real G3 with T. McAlpine!!!! insted of Fripp.

First of all, i would like to say that we paid for a G3 concert and we had a G2 concert. The show starts with Robert Fripp performance and this is the worst moment of the night. A few years ago I had the opportunity to see KING CRIMSON live and it was great, but the thing is that Robert Fripp is not the guitarrist that you want to see in a G3 concert. His set was boring. The concert started with STEVE VAI and his incredible band. One hour of joy. Very good musicians. And then, the master showed that JOE SATRIANI is the one. Playing songs of his last CD, he played also things like Flying in a blue dream, and other hits. To end the night, the jamm session that ends with "Rocking in a free world". About the sound, I have to say that the sound was very good.
